Local Arts Agency
In 2025, the Board of County Commissioners designated the Arts Council of Johnson County as the Local Arts Agency for Johnson County. This designation affirms the work ACJC has long been doing: advancing arts policy, fostering cross-sector partnerships, promoting arts and culture, and expanding access to arts and creativity. It recognizes our collaborative efforts in engaging the arts to strengthen community well-being, education, and economic vitality.
