About the Gala
The Shooting Stars Gala honors each of this year’s Shooting Stars Finalists and announces 18 scholarship recipients and nine teacher award winners. The nine categories are:

Nerman Museum Visual Art Exhibition: We’re excited to hold our annual Visual Arts Exhibition in person at the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art at Johnson County Community College. Special thank you to exhibition curator Whitney Williamson, Museum Registrar, and Molly Hatesohl, Assistant Museum Registrar, for the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art.
