The Finalist Resource Center is a central place to find details about the Shooting Stars program. It includes links to the program calendar and scholarship guidelines. Finalist program packets, which are linked below, include detailed information about audition and portfolio submission requirements, deadlines, and the Shooting Stars Gala and Recognition Ceremony.
Students who participate in Shooting Stars, students must be a senior in high school (12th grade), a resident of Johnson County, KS and nominated by their high school arts teacher. After students are nominated and submit their completed application, they become Shooting Stars finalists.

To celebrate this achievement, we have partnered with TeenTix to offer a night of fun and whimsy. Shooting Stars nominees can enjoy dinner and a show for only $5! Join us at 6:30 pm, Friday, November 7th at Midwest Trust Center for a taco dinner and then the 7:30 pm performance of Cirque Mechanics Tilt!
